YC deadline in <2 weeks; Who's applying?

by

If you're applying, reply below with what you're building so we can cheer you on!

If you're doing a startup and not applying, why aren't you applying?

If I were starting a company today, I would 100% apply even though I've done it before with @Tandem (S19) for a few key reasons:

  1. The partners help. A lot. (this isn't common. Most people who say they help startups are neutral or harmful)

  2. The network is insane, especially for b2b companies. It will accelerate your G2M like nothing else.

  3. You'll learn what real speed looks like, by grinding alongside the top early stage founders. Every time I talk to a current or recent YC company or go to the events, I'm reminded what top speed looks like. And I'm also reminded that the speed that start-ups are capable of gets faster every year, especially with AI.

As for hesitations...sometimes people balk at the dilution, but generally speaking, the higher price that startups command in their next round at Demo Day more than compensates.

We applied! My co-founder and I built Entreprana - A web app that helps founders build resilience by managing their stress and energy in real-time through behaviorally and psychologically personalized guidance.

We all know burnout is a real risk and one of the biggest threats to our success as founders. Yet, what founder can afford to take their focus off their business for self-care? The dilemma is real, and there is a way to help this problem.

We're currently in beta mode, and I'd love any feedback! Please let me know if you're interested in checking it out and want a free trial.

I’m applying this time after facing rejection in the W25 batch. Since then, I’ve worked on all mistakes and now applying with a much more focused and niche use case call browser accessibility with AI agents. Let’s see how it goes this time. If you have any suggestions or feedback would love to hear it from you.

I'm applying with UnSlop - a browser extension that makes your feed human again.

Did you know over 80% of the internet is bots?

UnSlop detects and then mutes or blocks soulless content and users as you scroll, cutting through the noise on LinkedIn and Twitter (more platforms coming soon). We're taking back the internet - one feed at a time.

With gamification and UnSlop leaderboards, you can track how much time you've saved and how human your feed really is.

It's about saving hours, dodging scams, and bringing back authentic, soul-full content.

We are launching soon, please follow for more updates and access for testing.

I'm in the current YC batch (S25). Happy to look over some YC applications or help answer any questions (just DM me on X).

Definitely go apply. Good luck everyone!

Edgar San Martin, Jr.

@edlook yo! congrats with Floot and on getting into YC! I tried to message you but it wouldn't let me. Find me on X @ej_sanmartin

Edward Look

@ej_sanmartin Oof my DMs were turned off. It's on now! Feel free to let me know what I can help with.

@edlook 🙌

Thanks for the nudge 😊. I founded QrSendEasy (https://www.qrsendeasy.com) and just applied it to YC (Fall 2025) 🚀 - a fast and secure tool for sending files across devices on the same local network. QrSendEasy generates a QR code 📱 that lets you instantly share files — no cables, email, or cloud storage required. Includes password protection 🔒 and expiration time ⏳ for added security.

@1001binary Congrats on applying to YC! 🎉 Wishing you the best of luck 🤞

@alex_ben_schneider Thanks a lot for your support! That really made very happy 😊

I’m building an AI-native back office for high-earning independents like fractional executives and solo consultants who are running consulting practices but don't have the infrastructure to match.

I am currently living through this problem, which is where the idea sparked. Most fractional executives are juggling spreadsheets, invoicing & payment platforms, tax confusion, and suffer from a lack of benefits. We left full time jobs for the freedom but we are now living with a different kind of friction and uncertainty.

Solodesk is purpose built to automate and simplify the financial and operational side of solo work: invoicing, payroll, tax planning, and forecasting, all in one place, and built to run itself in the background.

I’m in early validation now. solodesk.co

I am not applying because I don't see high potential for me as a solo founder, late 30's and lacking a technical co-founder for the moment.

Dheeraj

@elana_ostrega Hey Elana! Super random, but as someone also in early product validation, I’d love to hear how you’re thinking about launching and marketing Solodesk. I don't see many founders who validate openly on here, so it’d be great to swap thoughts!

Elana Ostrega

@dheerajdotexe Would love it and I agree - Ill message you.

Dheeraj

@elana_ostrega Sounds great!

We’re applying too 👋

Warestack is a DevOps tool that enforces pull request and deployment guardrails across all teams and repos, without the bottlenecks of static GitHub protection rules.

We open-sourced the rule engine behind it (called Watchflow), it interprets GitHub events dynamically using YAML. But that’s just the foundation.

Warestack (SaaS) includes:

  • A unified dashboard to monitor PRs, deploys, and violations across all repos

  • Rule-based automation with zero code / scripts, zero YAML

  • Team and repo level targeting for rules and post events or violations actions

  • A rules marketplace (like “block weekend deploys” or “require senior approval for prod”)

  • A built-in text-to-SQL engine to answer questions like “What rules were bypassed in Q2?"

We’ve tested across high-volume repos like vscode, langchain, and pytorch. Unsurprisingly, only vscode had strong governance, but it relies on an internal GitHub App (GitHub Policy Service).

So we're building Warestack for the rest of us.

Thinking to apply with AllForms. It's a 17-in-one business platform fixing SaaS sprawl and overpriced bloatware. From what I understand though, YC seems more likely to accept you with serious traction, so I plan to grow MRR in the next couple weeks.

Attila Bögözi

Not sure if I will be ready with my product update until then, but if so I will apply for sure.
Thanks for the heads-up!

Rajiv Ayyangar

@attila_bogozi Apply anyway. Lots of companies get into yc pre-product.

Attila Bögözi
@rajiv_ayyangar thanks for the encouragement
wadehead

I'm not sure yet. But if my products will confirm and I'm ready for that then i will.

Rajiv Ayyangar

@wadehead Many companies get into YC pre-product.
