Let me know if you need support with your launch, I'll be there as a supportive community member! This is the best thing that's happened to me this year Thanks to the ProductHunt team for the honor.
I'll start: Our product is called Iteration X, a Project Management app and an Issue Tracker that allows you to capture issues and bugs in any live product or website in 1-click, without bothering taking screenshots and manually annotating them anymore, and then create automatically populated tickets with a screenshot or a video and all the technical information engineers need to reproduce and fix the issues. Finally a product that bridges the gap between Project managers, Designers and Developers Can't wait to read about your products PH community!
I am trying to do something a little bonkers - I want to build an app when I am a bit of a technophobe! I am a product designer - so it's not entirely crazy but social media, online forums is all really alien to me. I'm looking to put the feelers out there to understand the demand for the idea - any tips or tricks? The vague idea - without giving the game away.... People are incredible at tracking workouts, steps, sleep, macros
but somehow still stare at a single mug in the sink like it s a moral dilemma.
I m exploring an idea around why everyday maintenance tasks feel heavier than they are, and how the same psychology that keeps people hooked on fitness tracking might work for real-world chores.
It been o month since I created an account and start being kinda active to PH. I knew platform for the past few years but never created an account before. What motivated me to do it? With all the progress in AI I decided to move from building in real world ( I am an agronomist), to start building what I need or think as useful to exist, as tech/app products. For fun, but you never know...
Hi Everyone, I've just shipped my very first solo-developed projects coming from a history as a designer, photo director, and dancer. While I'd heard about Product Hunt before...I sort of forgot about it until 30 minutes ago. I built my web app just concerned about the 'get it working' part and leaving the 'how will I get users' for another day. That day has come. I'm very curious to get to know other makers/founders, especially those who have gone the journey solo. And from the veteran community members What do you most recommend for someone getting their feet wet in Product Hunt. What are the big differences between being a maker and a hunter versus being a maker looking for a hunter? Is one way more ideal than the other? Looking forward to connecting and pouring over the community posts for advice. I feel like I'm punching above my weight and all the support is greatly appreciated. My app: loric.ai and Image and Video Generation Toolkit with all the top models and workflows to help creators move from short format slop to long-format cinematic productions. #makeyourownmovies Many thanks and love to you all!
I m building OptiSchema Slim: a local-first, open-source AI tool for PostgreSQL performance. I made it because my Postgres tuning workflow kept being reactive and messy, you notice slowness late, stare at EXPLAIN, guess an index, apply it, and only then find out if it helped. I wanted something that stays private (no data egress), but still gives practical guidance.
It includes a Health Doctor scan (bloat, unused indexes, slow/high-impact queries), plus what-if index testing before you touch schema.
I m doing this completely solo (and with basically $0 budget), so I m nervous about launch day.
Question for the folks who ve launched before: If you could go back to your very first PH launch, what s the one thing you d do differently?
10 years ago, when I started in marketing, I had never heard of Product Hunt.
Today I m here and honestly, I feel like a newcomer trying to find my way among people who build and launch world-class products. What I genuinely love so far is how open and supportive this community feels. It s a beautiful ecosystem to witness.
I joined PH to meet and support fellow makers and to learn about new tech products launching. Tell me what you're building! If you want feedback, I'm happy to give it. :)
And if you are someone who has launched here before, I'd really love to hear your experiences and insights on how to have a great PH launch. What worked best for you? Mistakes to avoid?
Just joined today. I'm Girik, founder of Automate Me, where it's literally me + a swarm of AI agents running client projects.
The setup: For the past year, I've been deep in the trenches building AI automations for businesses. No team. No employees. Just me orchestrating agents like a one-man symphony (Beethoven vibes, except I can hear ).
