Why TherapistAI Has Become Part of my Workflow
As a therapist, TherapistAI has honestly made my workdays feel more manageable. It s helped me stay on top of case notes in a way that feels efficient but still thoughtful, so I can document sessions quickly while the details are fresh. This has been a game changer for group sessions in particular I m able to keep track of multiple individuals progress after each group without feeling scattered or behind, which used to take so much extra mental energy.
I ve also found it really helpful for outreach work. I can use speech-to-text on the go and then have TherapistAI help me pull together key themes and goals without starting from scratch. What stands out most to me is how many different ways it can support clinicians from assistants that help draw on research to others that support data analysis. It genuinely feels like a tool built with therapists in mind, giving us back time, clarity, and a little more breathing room to focus on the actual care.
Launching SOON!
We re launching Therapist AI on Product Hunt soon and I m genuinely excited (and a little emotional).
After months of listening to therapists talk about burnout, admin overload, NDIS changes, endless emails, rescheduling chaos, and notes piling up after long clinical days this launch feels personal.
Therapist AI was built to support the humans behind the care not to replace therapists, but to give them back time, clarity, and breathing space.
What excites me most isn t just the product it s who it s for:
