🚨 Landing Page Roast: 48 Hours Only 🚨

@davefaliskie I am wearing so many hats. I am just not finding time to better design my site. Any feedback is appreciated!

@ajinsunny A few things came to mind when I looked at the new landing page:

1. It's not clear what the app does on the home page. "Your goals deserve smart money moves" doesn't really tell me anything. It's kind of generic and doesn't show me what the app is/ does.

1. I think this would be better as a single page. Add the about content to the home page and then remove the tab bar entirely, just let people scroll. The login button does nothing so remove it.

2. When clicking the contact it links to a google form, that's fine but adding a target="_blank" to the link would make it open in a new tab which is a better experience, the way it is now I lose access to your site & have to hit back several times.

3. Twitter is now X, using the old logo makes the site feel old

4. Lastly, the image of the phone is clipped a little I would make it slightly smaller so that's not happening, I also would recommend making that screen shot more appealing, it's just a list of text and doesn't really look like a "finished" app.

• No case studies or info about who is involved seems odd

• Why is mix modeling good? What does it tell me that Shopify can't?

• Are you targeting e-com? If so, maybe say that?

• The video is really well done except I don't feel like you gave me a reason to use it. The video user asked a verbal question of a YT video but it wasn't clear it was responding based on the transcript. I'd like to see a killer use case. The video tagged in a bunch of apps like Notion but then didn't do anything with them.

• 3rd video I am confused again about how the context menu works and how to use it

• Oh wow it does meeting recording, too

• You should launch on Product Hunt and use your forums for your community

I actually don't like "Intelligence for your entire workday" as it's not solely for work and that feels too fluffy. "The first AI assistant living in your macOS notch that works with all your apps." is great though.

@steveb Doing a Product Hunt launch is what we're planning and we want to do it right! We built an active community on Discord in the past 2 months, I'll check how we can leverage the Forum as a more public place to gather people ideas and feedback around us!

Thanks for taking the time to watch the videos, we'll rework that and the landing to better communicate our value proposition before our PH launch.

@steveb Building it solo! Did some more udpate today.

Play: FInd out most of the things related to whois from one place. Don't have to switch sites to find basic info.

Next: if you dont own the domain, and would like to monitor aka get notified on renewal, expiry or if that domain becomes free - my app has the feature to monitor it.

  Honestly, I don't...yet. I leave it up to the marketers who use BottleTrail to input their own keywords, target audience, etc. and then generate prompts based on their input.

  Yes, but it's difficult to track the details like we can with SEO.
