Solo Founder Running an AI Agency with Zero Employees (Just AI Agents). Here's What I Learned π€
Hey Product Hunt! π
Just joined today. I'm Girik, founder of Automate Me, where it's literally me + a swarm of AI agents running client projects.
The setup: For the past year, I've been deep in the trenches building AI automations for businesses. No team. No employees. Just me orchestrating agents like a one-man symphony (Beethoven vibes, except I can hear π ).
The pattern I can't unsee: Working specifically with e-commerce clients showed me a sales leak so obvious, so fixable, yet somehow still bleeding billions across the industry.
I kept building workarounds for clients. Then I had the "aha" moment - why am I solving the same problem over and over instead of building the solution once?
So here's what's happening: I'm channeling everything I've learned into my first SaaS. Can't spill details yet (launch timing and all), but let's just say if you run a Shopify store and you're tired of watching potential customers vanish at checkout... you're gonna want to follow along.
Why I'm here: Building my PH presence before launch week. Looking to connect with:
Fellow solo founders doing weird experiments
Anyone bridging psychology + tech + business
Shopify store owners (wink wink)
People who think AI agents deserve leadership training too
Anyone who JUST launched their first SaaS (would love some advice)
Drop a comment or DM if any of this resonates. I promise the full reveal will be worth the wait.
Let's see where this goesπ
