yes, keeping myself busy help a lot :) or also just have a small talk with friends

Whenever things get overwhelming, I find that changing my environment, even a quick walk or just switching tasks helps a ton.
Honestly, sometimes just sharing how you feel with someone shifts the whole mood.

I liked this product :) it looks fun,I don't know the effectiveness though...doing some workout, household work, some cleaning or talking to a friends..one of these things works generally :)

Take a walk. Interact in an online forum (like I am doing now). Watching a well curated YouTube playlist to pick myself up (VC talks, SAAS revenue). And just code or learn new things. TLDR: Just keep busy.

I spend almost all of my working days in front of screens - so silly take, but I take off to see my favourite trees in a nearby forest when I really need to destress. Sadly, they're not featured on PH:)

Taking a walk helps you relax, and it is also beneficial if you spend a lot of time working while sitting
