From my personal experience in and around the fitness industry, I think most people struggle with accountability. Thinks like day streaks, badges/rewards, and encouraging push notifications are utilised super well by apps like Strava.

@theo_crewe_read The app tracks your progress and unlocks achievements as you use it. Achievements are grouped into four categories:
Logging: Unlock by logging food entries and maintaining daily streaks (e.g., "Week Warrior" for 7 consecutive days, "Century Club" for 100 days)
Workout: Earned by logging workouts and hitting milestones (e.g., "First Rep", "Workout Warrior" for 10 workouts)
Meal Planning: Unlocked when you generate meal plans
Streak: Rewards for maintaining consistent logging streaks
Each achievement awards points based on rarity (common, rare, epic, legendary). The system checks automatically when you log food, complete workouts, or generate meal plans, and shows a notification when you unlock something new. You can view all achievements and your progress on the Achievements page.
It’s designed to encourage consistent use and celebrate your milestones.
