I’m the founder of Cadence, an async-first communication tool built to replace status meetings, not make them more efficient. Cadence helps teams stay aligned without constant calls by turning recurring updates into structured, async video check-ins. No calendars, no context loss, no “this could’ve been an email” meetings. Just clearer updates and protected focus time. Alongside Cadence, I also run Racecar Classifieds, a curated motorsport marketplace born out of a lifelong passion for racing.
