We used this system as a pilot. This is the best AI Chatbot for customer support, which has been a refreshing change from others (more expensive) on the market. The functionality and integration with external tools is impressive, but usability is where this product shines. I found that the usability, combined with the reactive customer support, enabled me to build-out a pilot quickly and confidently.

one of the worse train knowledge feature, I tried like almost 10 chatbot apps. for interface feature it's good. but my concern it's more on how chatbot can deliver precise information without hallucinate. I have massive information need to deliver but it can't, even it can't trained to on their knowledge feature. and slow customer service. just formal reach out through email.
