@jonathan_chow2 Excellent question, we're partnering with the ticket platforms who are glad to give us a small cut of the ticket sale for increased traffic to their site. In fact, we already have written partnerships with SeatGeek, StubHub, and TickPick to ensure the financial and technical sustainability of our product. Ticket sales are a zero sum game but web traffic is not. We're pushing for increased traffic sharing through collaboration across all our partners, ensuring a win-win solution for both ticket buyers & sellers ✅

I thought most events were hosted by a single ticketing system and therefore no opportunity to hunt for discounts. Am I wrong? Curious how common it is to find cheaper ticket prices, @spotlightxyz.

@rrhoover You're absolutely right, which is why, when it comes to concerts (differently for sports events), we are resale-only. You can buy a retail ticket straight off Ticketmaster, but the resale market is definitely not something that should be underlooked. And this is validated by our data, which shows we do in fact find cheaper tickets. Also we're not finding discounts, but rather competitive tickets (better seat, cheaper price) from other websites. Hope that answered your question!
