While we love working with you, offering one design every 24 hours for $179.40 is not sustainable for a small business. Due to increasing charges, services, and tools we use to collaborate and deliver design to you, inflation, and the escalating cost of hiring good designers. Even in the poorest country in the world, hiring a good designer is expensive. Keeping our pricing structure has become challenging, but do we change it for you? No, we do not. We strive to provide you with the same quality design as our clients, who pay $1295. Why? Because we value and respect your trust. You were there for us when no one else was, so we will do our best to deliver the same quality to you as we give to everyone else. We have not changed anything in what we have offered you since you joined. Other agencies charge anywhere between $500 to $ 5,000 per month for logo design, branding, or custom illustrations, but we offer you all these services at an incredibly discounted rate of $179.40. And, when you don't have any design tasks, we even ask you to pause your subscription as we value you more than your money. We have delivered countless good designs with no issues since you joined, except for one specific task last month where your team was unsatisfied with the initial draft. I personally took charge of this project and paid my designers extra hours to work on it for you at no additional cost. We provided almost a dozen versions, but without any feedback or direction from your team, they claimed not to like them and remained unhappy with whatever we showed them. It's like getting a divorce - no matter what your partner did, you will always find a reason to dislike it. We understand that design, like art, is subjective, and it's about taste. Our designers are working hard to create designs that you would like, but if you don't like something, we respect and understand your opinion. We appreciate your feedback and will continue improving our services to meet your needs. Thank you for being so supportive, and we wish you and your team all the success in the future.
