I'm so excited about this marketplace! As someone who started out as a consultant for Olivine, I've experienced first-hand the power of having such a talented team behind me. Consulting work is great, and so is being able to create my own schedule, workload, etc, but having a team supporting me the way Olivine has over the past few years has been a game-changer. Bouncing ideas off of other talented PMMs helped me grow SO much! I also love our vetting process. When I was looking at other marketplaces earlier in my consulting career, they didn't ask me for ANY example work or give me a test project. They just looked at my LinkedIn. I feel like that doesn't give a lot of very talented people a real way to SHINE, it also doesn't truly vet PMMs for clients.
