2️⃣ Does it score reps based on their adherence to scripts and suggest alternative phrasing when objections arise?

3️⃣ Any plans to support multilingual sales teams or analyze non-verbal cues (like tone or sentiment analysis)? That would be huge for international sales!

1️⃣ Unlike other revenue intelligence solutions, Naoma is designed to develop sales representatives. Here’s how:

• Deep Communication Analysis – Naoma evaluates sales reps’ interactions with clients, not just at a high level but by thoroughly assessing their alignment with the company’s approved scripts.

• Personalized Client Engagement Recommendations – Naoma generates tailored recommendations for each client interaction, helping sales reps optimize their approach.

• Individual Development Plans – Naoma identifies each sales rep’s strengths and areas for growth, providing actionable insights and structured development plans.

2️⃣ Naoma scores reps based on client scripts. But it is an AI-based system, so probably Naoma can provide better recommendations than people do.

3️⃣ It's a great question! We have clients with multilingual sales teams (Spanish and Portuguese). And we created different accounts for them. Probably we can improve our approach for multilingual teams. Thank you!

2. Yes, exactly. For every scoring criterion, our LLM generates feedback, including adherence to scripts.

3. Great point! We’ve already tackled cases involving code-switching in conversations, and expanding to full multilingual and non-verbal analysis is a logical next step
