@mantegna thank you. Well, Lattice is an all-in-one tool, which is quite tedious to use (we have first-hand experience with it). We, on the other hand, are focusing on doing one thing and doing it good. That means companies don't need huge HR departments to integrate mgmate and force people to use it.

I've been following mgmate journey for more than a year, and safe to say, i'm gagged how great their final result turned out to be! @cameron_napoli yes, actually I never saw a manager who was trained first. Most of the time someone is promoted, starts doing a manager's job, and, maybe gets some training within a year or two.
