I gave it a test out of curiousity and was quite impressed. The voice aspect is especially interesting. I hate typing out my feelings tbh: I start to overthink, and it's exhausting. Highly recommend this product to those feeling the same. For sure, it doesn't replace professional therapy if needed, but it can be a great instrument on top of it, or when it's inaccessible.
Downloaded it out of curiosity after a stressful day at work. Wow. The voice feels so real and warm, not robotic at all. I just vented for 15 minutes and got some really helpful perspective. Way easier than texting a therapy bot. Impressed!
My brain won't stop running worst-case scenarios for every decision. Takes me hours to send a simple email because I rewrite it 10 times. Voice therapy seems less pressure than sitting face to face tbh. How long does it usually take to feel like it's actually helping?
