@ramya_pk Yes, you need a Facebook account, not a new one. One that you have had for a while, the you need a legitimate registered business. If you already have a business profile on WhatsApp, you can just connect it on our platform, alternatively you can create a new profile. Then the last thing you need is a new phone number to connect to your business account, it must be a number you have not used on WhatsApp already --- then you are good to go, you can complete the whole process on our dashboard.
