I purchased the Jogg AI lifetime deal on AppSumo specifically because the listing and team promised that credits would cover access to all available models, including advanced options like VEO. During the deal period, the company confirmed in the comments that AppSumo customers would be able to use their credits for these top-tier models. Unfortunately, after the lifetime deal ended, the company announced a major change: credits could no longer be used for models like VEO. Instead, customers were suddenly required to bring their own API key, meaning any remaining credits became useless for these features. This significant restriction was not communicated or disclosed until well after the sale was over. The company also went back and deleted earlier comments promising model access with credits and changed their messaging throughout their channels. This is a Bait and Switch tactic. Even more troubling, when buyers respectfully raised these concerns in public forums and on Jogg AI’s Discord, their messages were deleted and some users were removed completely. This pattern of silencing feedback and removing evidence undermines trust and transparency. Jogg AI’s handling of the situation exposes all LTD buyers to unreasonable risk. Changing central terms after a large group buy, erasing public assurances, and censoring user feedback violates both consumer expectations and basic business integrity. In my view, these practices border on deceptive conduct and could also come under scrutiny from consumer protection authorities. I urge potential buyers to be extremely cautious. Jogg AI did not honor their original commitments. Until these issues are addressed and original LTD terms are fully restored, I cannot recommend this product or company.

Hi Tony, we’re sorry it feels like the goalposts have been moved. Let me clarify exactly what was included in the original AppSumo deal and how things stand today.

What the deal covered

● Unlimited lip-sync videos with the “classic” avatar pipeline (now called AvatarLite).

● A fixed allotment of Non-Video Credits (now called Motion Credits), designed for premium animation features.

Why Veo 3 is BYOK

Veo 3 launched after the AppSumo campaign ended, so it was never part of the original LTD credit system. Including that within a lifetime plan would have exceeded the entire purchase price in just a few minutes of usage. Lots of our users suggest that the only viable path is BYOK, which lets you connect your own key and use Veo 3 at cost.

On moderation

We do not silence users for raising concerns. Comment removal or temporary muting is only applied under our community guidelines, for posts that are repetitive, disruptive, or interfere with other members’ experience. Constructive feedback and respectful discussion are always welcome.

This company does not honor its agreements. Many of us purchased the lifetime deal, where Tiers 3 and 4 promised unlimited usage for video creation and avatar creation. Suddenly, they decided to kick early supporters to the curb by introducing usage limits—turning both emotion avatar creation and video creation into a credit-based system, while also imposing weekly limits. This is clearly a scam against LTD users. If they can’t even keep their promises to the very users who spent money to support them, and they keep changing the rules to suit themselves, imagine how trustworthy this company really is. I do not recommend them now, because changing agreements to your own advantage while penalizing those who invested in your business is truly DESPICABLE. I can’t create a video. It’s been stuck at 09/01 since 13:04, with a queued talking photo avatar for an entire day, and I can’t create any other videos. Why limit us to one video at a time? This is not acceptable. It was supposed to be unlimited through AppSumo, but now you’ve completely changed the deal. You scammed us. One video at a time is unbelievable, and with a blocked video, I can’t even use the app. Congrats! Thanks, thanks, thanks. One full day for a single video, I can’t create others, and now with usage limits—this is a SCAM! They also ban you from their Discord channel if you ask why they are not respecting the original terms. They have banned several people who asked them to honor the agreements. A classic fascist method to silence people and pretend everything is fine. Truly impressive — silencing the very people who invested in you and are simply asking questions perfectly shows what kind of company you are.

The product has been a disaster. They have around 4 different lip sync modes and most of them do not work. You get long stretched necks, out of sync voices, template voices do not match the avatar and most of the time the generations get stuck after several hours. It now looks like they are not honouring the AppSumo deal they offered when they add new features. The product looks very shiny with their marketing but it really does not compare to other leading avatar platforms. They remove your comments on Discord support channel. The whole product feels like a gimmick rather than something you could use for a business.

A tool we DON'T want our competitors to know about ;-) JoggAI is a high-quality suite of AI tools for video creation (it replaced several AI video tools that we previously used). Primarily, it competes with HeyGen and Synthesia but with a twist of URL to video ad creation. The key features are avatars (digital representation of a person, real or fictitious), URL to video creator and a large library of avatars and video templates. Avatars - Video Avatar - Create a clone of yourself using a webcam or uploading a pre-recorded video (verification required). Voice is cloned as well. - Photo Avatar - Create an avatar from a simple photo that will then get animated (amazing and a bit creepy, to be honest) - Text To Avatar - Create an avatar from text prompts (give birth to your first this-person-does-not-exist digital avatar) URL to video creator - Copy and paste a product URL into JoggAI and out comes a semi-finished video ad based on the page content. This saved us A TON of time. Templates - Many existing avatars to choose from, by gender, ethnicity, use case, background, etc. - Many video templates to choose from, by aspect ratio, use case, length, etc.

Already a great tool and keeps improving at a fast pace. The French clone in French is still not as amazing as in other languages but it's already quite good and I'm sure it will be perfect soon. The build-in voices are very good and there's a lot of choice. There are many great avatars available in the library and with the community and the possibility to create one from a photo, everything is possible. The video editor is already quite complete so you can create most of your videos without using any other tool. Also, I have not yet been using is for personalized marketing but the potential there is enormous.

Jogg will help you make great videos fast. You don’t need to film or edit. Just simply type or upload a photo or paste a product link, and it will turn your idea into a video within minutes. I tried it and liked how quick and simple it was. What it can do- Lifelike avatars: Create a natural-looking human from text or a photo. Text-to-video and photo-to-avatar: Make full videos from words or pictures. Product videos from a link: Turn a product page into an ad video fast. Best for ecommerce store owners. Talking photos and podcast videos: Make still pictures move and show audio with visuals. Good lip-sync and many voices: Mouths match speech well, and there are lots of voice choices. Batch tools and auto-captions: Multiple videos at once and add captions automatically. Templates and avatar gallery: Ready-made designs will get you started fast. What I liked - Very fast: Videos are ready in minutes. Cheap: Costs much less than hiring a film crew. Easy to use: No special skills needed. Works for multiple use cases: Great for social posts, ads, and product videos. Looks good: Avatars and lip-sync are believable. What could be better - More voice controls would be nice for power users. More avatar styles and languages would help more people. There are already enough for most users. Sharing straight to multiple social platforms. I’m really happy with Jogg. It made our video work simple, saved time and money. If you want quick, good-looking videos without filming, give it a try, you wont be disappointed.

I was initially pleased with JoggAi, but I've recently encountered Topview, which appears to be significantly more advanced. I created a product video using an AliExpress page on Topview, and when I tried to do the same with JoggAi for comparison, it failed to recognize anything except for an unrelated image, offering no product text at all. In contrast, Topview flawlessly captured the product's key selling points and featured realistic, amateur-style avatars that enhanced the video’s appeal. This resulted in a compelling sales video. I have reached out to JoggAi to suggest enhancements to their platform, as I am curious about how Topview manages to extract relevant information from a crowded AliExpress page. JoggAi's inability to accurately identify the product was disappointing. Moreover, after comparing several product videos I created with JoggAi to what I achieved with Topview, it’s clear that Topview offers superior AI functionality for driving product sales through video. My intention isn't to criticize JoggAi, but to highlight that their software, while fundamentally similar, could benefit from improvements to match Topview's capabilities.
