Hey PH, I've been vaping for god knows how long and I really do not like the toll that its taken on my sleep, my cardiovascular health and general wellness. I want to quit for good and the first 60 days are crucial so I made this punch-card like count down.
It's completely free because I really don't believe in counting vapes and reducing intake slowly. If I quit, I quit. So why pay anything to "count" your puffs? JUST QUIT.
The hardest part is the first 3 days.

This is truely awesome! I love the "just quit" approach – so many apps try to baby-step you, but sometimes you just need a kick in the butt and a countdown timer. The all-or-nothing mentality is kinda genius imo. Have you considered adding some kind of community feature to boost accountability?

I think you can add all types of health unrelated activities as same as for Vape and can counter offer the lifestyle change towards diseases type or wellness lifestyle suited programs in order to kill negative habits and move towards positive habits.
