Okay this actually solves a real pain point I've been dealing with.
Getting testimonials from customers has always been such a hassle for me. Like you ask them and they're happy to help, but then it either turns into this long email chain or they send you a terrible quality video filmed in their dark basement lol
The "no logins, no downloads" thing is brilliant though. Can't tell you how many times I've lost potential testimonials because the process was too complicated. Customers want to help but they don't want to create another account just to record a 30-second video.
Really curious about the editing features - how much can you actually do with the studio editor? Sometimes customers send great content but the audio is trash or there's background noise. Being able to clean that up without going to external tools would be huge.
Also love that you can do both video AND written testimonials in one place. Usually you end up with testimonials scattered everywhere - some in emails, some on video files, some screenshots from social media... nightmare to organize.

What I like about this approach is the proactive collection of feedback that can be turned into testimonials in a continuous process. As you solicit thought (intercepting the customer at a good moment and in a low-key natural way), there is some great thought put into collecting, managing and distributing them.
Third-party validation (social proof, someone else tooting your horn for you, etc.) is the most valuable things every business needs. It's well understood in B2B marketing that it all comes down to reference customers. Simple idea, incredibly hard to execute on.
