We’re Shraman and Shreyas, brothers, Stanford CS students, and long-time video creators. We’ve always used video to explain things, from school projects to research and product demos, but it always took too much time.
When AI video tools started appearing (like Sora or Veo), we thought the problem was solved. While these tools are impressive at generating cinematic scenes or flashy content, they struggle with practical communication, like a product demo or a technical topic. Most people still spend hours making explainer videos manually because existing AI tools just aren’t built for communication or clarity.
So we built Golpo, an AI system built specifically to explain things clearly. It creates narrated, whiteboard-style explainer videos from raw documents, outlines, or internal materials.
Golpo is built to scale your ability to teach, onboard, or pitch without hours of editing or scripting. We use it ourselves to teach technical concepts, walk through our product, and even train new teammates.

This is a brilliant idea — I absolutely loved it. The transitions are incredibly smooth and visually captivating, making it easy to stay engaged from start to finish.
Since this is the first release, I wanted to share a few thoughts that might help enhance the experience in future updates:
Accessibility for older users: The current black background with white text might be tough for some elderly users. It would be helpful to offer 1–3 alternative themes — for example, black with yellow accents, or a classic white background with dark text. Allowing users to pick from a few preset color palettes could greatly improve readability and comfort.
Color fill options: I understand it’s technically challenging — especially for dynamic content involving human figures — but even subtle or intelligent color-fill options (like background highlights, outlines, or context-aware accents) could make the visuals pop without breaking realism.
Subscription pricing: The current pricing feels slightly high for users in certain regions. Introducing more flexible, region-sensitive plans could open this tool up to a much wider global audience — especially educators and creators producing content in developing markets.
Overall, this is an amazing first release — smooth, elegant, and packed with potential. Wishing you great success as it continues to grow!

Hi Golpo team — thank you for building this awesome AI whiteboard video tool! I love how simple it is to upload a script and get an auto-generated voice + animation.
I plan to create educational/“interesting facts” explainers for YouTube and I’m looking at the Growth plan. Before I subscribe, could you please clarify a few things:
Licensing & monetization:
Are the AI voices and background music in the Growth plan fully licensed for commercial use on YouTube, including monetization under the YouTube Partner Program?
Are the music tracks cleared for Content ID? If a claim appears, do you provide a license certificate or proof I can use to dispute it?
Rights & watermark:
Does Growth export without watermark and grant me full commercial rights/ownership of the final video across platforms (YouTube, TikTok, etc.)?
Voices & audio controls:
Is multi-voice (different voices per scene) available on Growth?
Can I upload my own music/voice, and do you offer separate voice/music stems or volume ducking?
Exports & limits:
What export options do you support (1080p/4K, aspect ratios, FPS, audio sample rate)?
YouTube compliance:
Do you have guidance to help users avoid “reused/repetitious content” issues so AI-assisted videos remain eligible for monetization?
Subtitles & branding:
Do you provide auto-captions and SRT export?
Can I add my logo/brand kit inside the editor?
Roadmap & support:
Any upcoming features like API/batch generation, voice cloning, or auto chapters?
