I think the development of questions during the interview process feature is a boom. The Ai recruiter able to generate questions against your response. Most AI hiring tools only ask questions according to a hard copy of questions that we give to them. But Foundire can give real time questions.

Congrats on the launch 👏 Really interesting approach to removing repeated first round interviews, especially the adaptive AI interviews + decision ready scorecards. One question from a hiring-ops / growth perspective: how are you positioning Foundire against tools like HireVue, Paradox, or ATS layer tools like Ashby? On the site, the feature depth is clear (multiple interview modes, contextual AI, multidimensional scoring), but it’s less obvious what the primary replacement is for a hiring manager, is it meant to fully eliminate first round screens, or augment existing workflows first? Curious which use case you’re seeing the strongest traction from so far (high volume roles, multi role teams, or global hiring)?

We’re not replacing hiring managers—we’re making them more efficient by taking repetitive first-round interviews and resume screening off their plate, so they can focus on final decisions. All three, depending on the company. If I had to say which one is ahead right now: high-volume jobs. We are also seeing strong pull from multi-role teams and global hiring.

@erictian Can I upload a link? Or better yet, a list of links? Downloading a resume from LinkedIn and then uploading it again takes a long time. It's easier to just look at the profile manually.
