@andrew_white_13 You can define your working hours, so the widget is not showing up when you're not available. Also we have an AI chatbot that can jump in if no rep is available.

@milan_golovics2 Thanks! It's a short javascript snippet you need to add to the header of your website. It shouldn't take more than 5 minutes and you can even do it via Google Tag Manager.

How does this alert the team. Can this integrate with slack and or teams?
@graeme_hutchison2 We integrate with Slack and Microsoft Teams - you can setup alerts based on geolocation, company or page url. We also auto-tag calls accepted or messages answered.
