I've heard of hiring managers getting upwards of 200 applicants for a single role since the rise of AI has made it easier to mass apply for roles. It's good to see AI being used to solve these issues (even if it may have partially encouraged the pattern). Feels like a great balance in my opinion!

Definitely can be a supplement to the process. Altho hiring is still immensely hard to get right. So many factors a CV cant capture. Or even a long winded wetting process.
