AyiConnect was born from our frustration of searching for qualified child and senior caregivers who understood Asian heritage and spoke our home language. It turns out, we weren’t alone. Over 22 million Asians in the US face challenges finding child and senior care. 70% prioritize caregivers who share their cultural values and language fluency for a richer experience for their children and to better understand their aging parents' needs. This extends beyond the Asian community, as families of all backgrounds seek culturally immersive experiences for their loved ones. We currently offer childcare and senior care services in major US cities, supporting languages like Chinese, Vietnamese, Indonesian and Spanish (with more to come!). This seems like a really helpful idea. I was just curious, what separates you from something like Care or SeniorHelpers?

I've been juggling work and kids for years, and AyiConnect has been my go-to solution recently. The ability to filter caregivers by language preference has made such a difference in my children's learning and development. The caregiver we found through the app is patient, professional, and my kids adore her. The payment process is also seamless, which is a huge plus for busy parents like me.
