This looks really promising, shifting sales from pushing features to actually solving problems feels like the right approach. but do you think reps might still rely too much on the AI output instead of digging deeper into a client’s unique situation?

@amanda_isaac The problem is that clients are being lost at a much earlier stage — many times in the first conversation itself due to non-contextual discussion / feature-selling. Also, lack of real-time objection handling causes loss of 60% time in a sales cycle. Once you have won buyer’s confidence through specific solutions supported by case studies and crisp/quick answers, you are almost home. And then you move to the final sprint where you get data from the customer, simulate the solution. dig real deep and close the deal … this last part can’t be an AI-only thing. So, the game is to reach that last sprint in 80-90% deals instead of just 10-20% deals. That’s what MarketFit is enabling. It started as an experiment as I never thought that a software could offer assistance in this — and then green shoots appeared and I finally ended up with a full-fledged product.
