I don't fully get what this "does". In the internationaltravel example, it's just a picture linking to a checkout form on another website. Why couldn't that be achieved with just linking to a checkout - why does it need a fully embedded iframe? - I was expecting to see more cool - onsite features from the features page.

We are going to be extending a lot more of the ecommerce functionality on page. We no longer use iframes and pretty much do everything through HTML data attributes.
We allow you all the benefits of managing your product info and managing your business through Shopify and will continue to give more flexibility to do that without one of our storefronts.

Really powerful tool. Really opens doors for headless ecommerce. Fav combo is this with Webflow for pixel perfect customer experiences all while keeping all of Shopify's powerful features (battle tested checkout, order management, etc). Awesome product
