What’s the Hardest Part of Building for Small Businesses?

Here’s what we’ve learned while building Munch Studio (our “done-for-you” social media tool for small business owners):

  • They’re busy. No one has time to “learn” a product. If it isn’t usable in 5 minutes, you’ve lost them.

  • They’re allergic to marketing jargon. Talk to them like humans, not like HubSpot.

  • They’ll churn if the value isn’t instant. No one’s waiting 3 months to see “ROI.” It has to feel worth it this week.

We’ve tried to design Munch Studio with this reality: zero learning curve, no setup headaches, and obvious value in under 15 minutes.

But I want to hear from other builders:
