I automated my podcast. AI researches, writes, edits, and generates the final audio in minutes
Hey everyone,
If you've ever tried launching a podcast or maintaining a content schedule, you know the absolute grind of research, writing, and editing. It’s easily 8+ hours of work per episode.
I've been working on automating this using MindPal's multi-agent workflow builder, and the results are pretty amazing. We created a workflow that handles the entire process based on a single topic input ("The Future of AI in Creative Industries").
Here’s the step-by-step pipeline running completely autonomously:
1. Podcast Topic Input (Human Input Node): You provide the topic idea.
2. Research Agent: Scours the web for key trends, statistics, expert opinions, glossary terms, and discussion points relevant to the topic. It generates a comprehensive research report.
3. Scriptwriting Agent: Takes the research report and drafts a full, engaging podcast script, complete with segmented content blocks, intro/outro music cues, and host dialogue.
4. Editor Agent: Acts as the refinement layer. It meticulously reviews the draft for clarity, conciseness, tone, and flow, ensuring the script is optimized for an audio format. It even suggests improvements like better audience questions.
5. Podcast Generation Node (TTS): This is the game-changer! It takes the final script and uses the latest text-to-speech technology (like the Gemini 2.5 Flash Preview TTS) to convert it into a high-quality, natural-sounding, ready-to-publish audio file.
The result? A polished, 5-minute episode produced in minutes, not days.

Would love to hear your thoughts on this. What other complex content creation tasks are ripe for multi-agent automation?

I’d love to see a version for YouTube videos or explainer animations.
