Your privacy is worth 0
Zero, like the upvotes, comments, and alpha waiting list registrations I received on the first day of launching my Meishi project on this platform. It's very sad, but despite everything, I'm not angry about that. I'm angry because it leads to a much more disturbing conclusion: your privacy is worth zero to you.
My message is not meant to be an outburst but a reflection on how much noise there is around topics that generate so much enthusiasm, such as artificial intelligence, and how little interest there is in your privacy, your data, and your identity. You chase the latest trend without giving a second thought to what happens to you, to the data you hand over, or to the abuse of those who come into possession of it.
I am developing this project to solve the problem of managing your contact data: who has it, who should have it, who should not have it, and how to ensure that it is always up to date with the utmost respect for privacy.
If anyone is interested in learning more about this topic, here is a link to our manifesto.
I hope this message gives some of you food for thought and that it finds, even if only minimal, support from those who believe this issue is important. No hard feelings.
Good luck to everyone with your projects!
