👋 Hi everyone, Ulric here, founder of Marblism.
A few years ago, I scaled a company to 65 employees and $5M in revenue… but I was working 100-hour weeks, constantly putting out fires.
What changed my life was hiring virtual assistants: an executive assistant who saved me hours every day, a LinkedIn ghostwriter who drove hundreds of inbound leads, and an SEO expert who filled our funnel with organic traffic.
That experience inspired Marblism.

@ulric_musset1 This is brilliant! The idea of instantly hiring AI employees is a real game-changer for entrepreneurs. I’d love to see an AI HR/People Ops assistant next, handling compliance, onboarding, and employee engagement. Though it's challenging but it would be so much fun working with an AI coworker in HR.

@mohsinproduct thanks Moshin! It depends on the employee. For example Sonny for social media, we're gonna fine tune the model based on the last 100 posts on your instagram/facebook/linkedin. Eva,the exec assistant, same thing but for email we'll analyze the last 100 emails you sent to get the tone right.

What do you actually need to manage AI employees? I believe they produce low-quality non-creative work and need constant review process, at least initially. How is this managed in your product?

Quick question: How do you see these AI employees evolving in terms of decision-making? Will they eventually be able to make small judgment calls on their own, like a real assistant would?
