You must want a lot of agency to get things done, and be able to get a lot done in a small amount of time.
You must be able to fly into Malaga, Spain on January 25th, 2026 for a hackathon-style in-person focus week (the whole Kilo team will be there). After that week (Jan 26-30), work from anywhere with strong preference for candidates with working hours between CET and US-CT.
