We’re officially entering the era of Automated Design Research

by

I’m a UX/UI designer with 10 years of experience. After spending the last 2 years helping design teams improve their workflows, I decided to build a solution for one of our biggest pain points,Reference Collection.I’ve lived through the pain of the manual Capture - Paste- Repeat cycle, and I decided to build the tool that ends it.

We’re officially entering the era of Automated Design Research.

The product in the making is a Reference Automation Tool. Unlike curated libraries like Mobbin, this tool covers the live, breathing web. It turns a single link into hundreds of captured screens in under 1 minute. It fills the gaps static libraries can't reach.

Now, I want to share the vision behind the automation

  • Phase 1: Link to Figma. One URL, hundreds of screens, instant export.

  • Phase 2: Flow-Specific Capture. Type "Service Name + Signup Flow," get the raw HTML & images.

  • Phase 3: Archiving & AI. A search engine for your personal references, powered by a data driven AI model.

We launch officially on March 9th. Which part of your research workflow is still a recurring headache? What manual task do you wish you could set up once and never look back?

Drop your real pain points in the replies. Let’s make the "messy middle" disappear. 👇
