How to find hunters

We’re preparing for an upcoming product launch, and I keep hearing how important Hunters are for visibility and traction.

I’d love to learn from the community:

• How do you find the right Hunters for our product?

• Is it better to reach out directly or build relationships first?

• Any tips on what actually works (and what to avoid)?

If you’ve launched before or successfully collaborated with a Hunter, I’d really appreciate your advice.
