I started building Ashera after seeing the same painful pattern over and over: the truth lives inside sales calls, but it gets lost the moment the meeting ends. It turns into messy notes, vague “summaries” in the CRM, and internal handoffs where everyone retells the story differently. The result is predictable—deals stall, forecasting becomes guesswork, onboarding starts with confusion, and teams waste time re-discovering what was already said.

So our mission is simple: turn conversations into execution.

Ashera uses AI to analyze meetings and extract the signals that actually move a deal forward:

  • risks and objections

  • decision process and stakeholders

  • real next steps (not “we’ll follow up”)

  • what the buyer cares about most, and what might block the deal

Then we convert those signals into structured outputs your GTM team can immediately use—so everyone operates from the same reality, not “vibes.”
