What is your no-negotiable work routine and tech stack?
To work more efficiently and productively, we usually create some familiar patterns (habits) that shorten our time doing tasks (saving time and energy). This is also indirectly related to tools that make the work process easier.
What does your workday look like + tech tools without which you would not be productive?
Here is my short schedule:
I wake up at about 7, do a short workout and read a book – this is important for me to boost the day, especially for concentration and awakening the brain and body
Reading what is happening in the world (TechCrunch, SocialMedia Today, X)
Apple Reminders to remind me of tasks
GMail + Google Calendar to arrange communication and coordinate the day
Community management (mainly ProductHunt + LinkedIn) – in this part, I use ChatGPT and Grammarly to polish the text
Communication with clients: Slack, Jira
Execution of assignments: Notion, Taplio, Figma, CapCut
Background music for less mentally demanding tasks (from YouTube)
Ending the day with short language learning: DuoLingo

ADHD means I do all of them at the same time, or try lol
I love X. I use Google for personal, but M365 for work. I'm not the most organized when it comes to things like Notion so it's something I can work on.

@bradshannon wow, how does it affect your working mode? Are you able to do those things at the same time properly? :D
@busmark_w_nika Heck no 😂 I usually have multiple AI agents going at a time and I babysit them. I've had 4 different projects going at the same time before. It's too much. I try to do no more than 2 now.

@bradshannon At least, you have AI, and in this Moltbook era, you will accomplish more things (but maybe without less control). Everything evolves uncontrollably fast. 😆
more than 50% of my time awake goes into these tools (order of priority) -> Claude CLI , Gemini, Manus AI, Suno AI, Vercel, Supabase.
My product launch style is a) Thinking + Planning [25%] b) Development/Execution [60%] c) Marketing [15%]
I am trying to increase the marketing side, as that is super critical. How did you manage to get so good at your social/marketing side?

@thevoid I think that as soon as you are done with tools, you should distribute at least 30% to marketing. That's what sells your things.
@thevoid +1 to the question, also find marketing and social side quite challenging yet important!

I've been working to reduce my twitter time.
My routine is largely defined by the work itself but it starts with a meeting and then focus time, it can vary a lot depending on business needs.
I do check product hunt after breakfast though. Every day. And in the afternoons I browse the forums.

@build_with_aj How much time do you spend on Twitter? :D
vibecoder.date
@busmark_w_nika About an hour a day broken up in chunks.
I want it to be zero seconds. There are a lot of great people but the algorithm pushes hard on trends so everyone sounds the same for a while. You have probably seen my numerous rants about buzzwords.
minimalist phone: creating folders
@build_with_aj Not yet, haven't seen :D but 1 hour is not so much :D I am challenging you to spend there more :D

@busmark_w_nika
I should make my own twitter feed as a browser extension, one with an algorithm that blends chronological posts and posts in topics I label interesting, while avoiding doomer posts.
Love this breakdown, Nika! I'm currently a solo dev in the middle of building a cinematic journaling tool, so my routine is basically 90% Windsurf/Claude and 10% caffeine.
My non-negotiable is actually 'Reviewing the Script' – I try to look at my project tasks as movie scenes. It helps me stay sane when the bugs start crawling in. Do you find that ChatGPT helps more with the marketing side or the actual product logic for you?

@adi_alamo22984 ChatGPT is for more summarising :D cinematic journaling tool – what does it mean?
@busmark_w_nika Good question! LifeScript is a cinematic journal. It takes your raw daily thoughts and transforms them into a professional movie script based on a genre you choose (like Drama, Sci-Fi, etc.).
For me, it's a form of therapy- seeing my life through a creative lens helps me process things differently. Plus, you can generate a custom movie poster with your own credits at the end.
I’m still polishing the UI with Windsurf to get that dark 'studio' feel. I’d love to get your feedback if you have a minute: https://my-life-script.vercel.app/

@adi_alamo22984 That's pretty cool. For promotion, you should team up with this guy –> https://substack.com/@robopulp
@busmark_w_nika Thanks so much for the tip, Nika! @robopulp looks amazing and right up my alley. I'll definitely reach out to him. As an actor, I'm trying to bridge that gap between tech and storytelling, so this connection is gold.
Hi Nika! Very interesting and productive routine :) What language are you learning with duolingo?
For my work i really like using plain simple notebook and pen, i feel i'm most focused writing down and ticking out all my TODOs!
Besides that the rest of the stack is quite usual: Linkedin, ProductHunt, GitHub, Google Analytics and so on

@ksenia_sh Finally someone who likes old-school pen and paper! :D Welcome to the club! :D
I try to learn German, Spanish, French, Russian :) What about you? Are you also into learning foreign languages? :)
@busmark_w_nika thank you Nika! Your list of languages looks very impressive! Im also into learning languages, but at the moment I'm just trying to recuperate my knowledge of Chinese and Japanese after many years of neglecting them :D
minimalist phone: creating folders
@ksenia_sh Wow! :D These two I find most difficult to learn. + Arabic language.
Why did you decide for these two?
@busmark_w_nika it was part of my university degree, so i didnt really choose myself :D but now i want to maintain the knowledge which is hard when you are not practicing it daily with someone.
How about you? why have you chosen those languages?:)
