@richard_gao2 Hi Richard! Just to add : we use SoMe organic strategy (for now), being featured in the startup catalogs, newsletters and journalists writing about Future Of Work. We are launching on Feb 28 and after the launch are planning to hire more people in the Grow and Mktg department to reach the exponential growth.

@noyanidin jumping in here, as a fellow CEO. I have to get my hands dirty due to the small size of our company. When you have the luxury of a larger team to delegate, I think it is still nice for the CEO to hop in and get in there on the regular in order to better understand what the team is going through, how the processes are affecting them, and over all creating a better culture and company in the process.
