Anyone else play callback roulette with unknown numbers?
Hey hunters! 👋
Quick question: Have you ever been in this situation?
You've called 3 different plumbers because your sink is flooding. You're desperately waiting for ONE of them to call back. Your phone rings... and you're stuck in this weird limbo:
Pick up → It's probably spam (because let's be real, 90% of unknown calls are)
Don't pick up → What if it's THE plumber?
So you answer... and it's "We've been trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty" 🙃
Curious: How do you all handle this?
Do you answer every unknown number when expecting callbacks?
Use any tricks to screen calls?
Just send everyone to voicemail and deal with it later?
Note: The latest iPhone call screening isn't helpful in this scenario—you still have to screen each call yourself, including all the solicitations.
(Full disclosure: This exact problem is what got us building Betula - launching here soon! But genuinely curious how everyone else deals with this today)
