Hey Product Hunt! I m Yana Welinder, you might remember me from Kraftful. Today, we re launching as part of Amplitude with Amplitude AI Feedback. I ll be here all day answering questions about my founder journey, our acquisition, and more. Ask me anything! https://youtu.be/6VgjRlDu-vI
This week, we made Kraftful s analysis faster and more accurate. Here s what's new:
Aligned mention counts in Deep Dives: Previously, the total mentions in an insight could be larger than the sum of mentions across Deep Dive topics, since Deep Dives showed only the most frequent sub-topics. You told us that was confusing, so we've updated the analysis to make sure all mentions are accounted for.
The Deep Dives will now include each mention at least once. Note: sometimes, a mention may still cover more than one Deed Dive topic.
Sharper insights across all feedback categories: We ve updated our analysis so you get even more actionable insights going forward.
Faster initial analysis for Zendesk & Hubspot: When connecting Zendesk or Hubspot, you ll now see your initial daily, weekly, and monthly analysis much sooner because we've optimized historical data syncing. Similar speed-ups are coming soon for Gong, Intercom, Freshdesk, and Salesforce Service.
I agree that the MVP is a journey, and not a one-time validation event, and that continuous iteration is necessary to refine the product into a competitive offering in existing markets. I found the emphasis on using a waitlist strategically to collect targeted feedback from specific tranches of early adopters a solid recommendation. Given this, it tracks that when you narrow your target audience, you can be more selective and intentional on how you deploy resources. By leveraging deep understanding of specific user needs, you can create significant value compared with the competition. Is this similar or different to your approach?
