I'm a graphic designer turned advertising art director turned UX designer. I joined Kim Pieper at Consciously 2 years ago because I'm passionate about the product. Over the years, I've grown into many roles here – as one does at any startup. I oversee the UX/UI (for better or worse haha). I am shoulder deep on a daily basis in our data, maintaining our database on over 9,000 companies and 1M+ products with ratings on over 8 overlapping causes. I also pitch and maintain partnerships with our non-profit partners who we get our data from. I also maintain all our creative and marketing alongside Kim. Phew! But, I wouldn't trade it for the world – I love this product and I really believe we're making something that will have social impact.
