It lacks basic functionalities such as a multidimensional ticket field tree to create precise statistics, and the UX is a bit old-school. Also, the landing page was supposed to improve, but we've not seen much change so far. However, I'm quite exited about the recent acquisition of Klaus and Ultimate.

Of all the AI bots we've tested, FIN's the bot best fitting our needs right now. However, the reporting/analytics are confusing at times, and we also lack rather basic features such as forwarding screenshots and recordings to our ticket tool.

Klaus
We started using Klaus a last year, and it's making the life of us QA people so much easier, especially since we are using it to also assess our AI bot. Looking forward to more customizable reports. :)
Leapsome
First things first: I work at Leapsome, so I might be slightly biased. However, I already used Leapsome at my previous company, and the product experience was so great that it made me apply for Leapsome and join my current role. What more of a testimonial can I give? :) I am a frontline manager, and I use Leapsome daily to organize my 1:1s, team meetings, and cross-departmental meetings (and any other meetings) and to keep track of my to-dos and direct reports' to-dos. All in all: I am not overly tech-savvy, and Leapsome makes it easy for me as it's intuitive, and I can adapt it to my needs, not the other way around. Hence, I can only give 5/5, no notes.
