RevenueCat
I’ve been using RevenueCat for my app’s in-app subscriptions, and I can’t recommend it enough. Setting up and managing subscriptions used to be a nightmare, but RevenueCat makes it super easy. The dashboard is clean and intuitive, and the best part is how it handles everything from billing to user entitlements automatically. It saves so much time and lets me focus more on building the app, not worrying about payment issues.

Mixpanel
One standout feature for us is the ability to segment user data effortlessly. Whether it's analyzing user cohorts, tracking conversion rates, or understanding user engagement, Mixpanel simplifies the process, making it accessible even for those without extensive data science backgrounds. Another aspect that deserves praise is the ongoing support and resources provided by Mixpanel. Their knowledge base, webinars, and responsive support team have been invaluable in helping us make the most of the platform.

Intercom
We used to be fan of Intercom. We're now still using Intercom for our non-profit but will have to change soon. Their support is really slow and inflexible. They change pricing from a day to the other without consideration. So be mindful, they have no consideration for their users, it's just really about money!

Firebase
Despite these issues, I must commend the excellent features like Authentication and Firestore that Firebase provides. These tools are fantastic and greatly simplify many aspects of app development and data handling. They certainly add significant value to the platform and make it a powerful tool for developers. I look forward to seeing how Firebase evolves to address these feedback points in future updates.

I’ve been using PostHog for over six months now, and it has significantly transformed the way our team handles product analytics. Initially, we were looking for an open-source alternative to Google Analytics that could provide more flexibility and control over our data. PostHog not only met but exceeded our expectations in several ways.

MGX (Now Atoms)
I’ve been using MetaGPT X, and while the concept of AI-driven automation is exciting, there are still quite a few advancements needed to make it fully viable for real-world use cases. The framework is promising, but refining its context handling, reliability, and integration depth would take it to the next level. That said, I’m excited to see how the team evolves this tech—once it bridges the gap between theory and seamless execution, it could become an indispensable tool for developers and automation enthusiasts. Looking forward to future updates!
