Wati.io - Where your money goes to die
Signed up, paid immediately, couldn't even add my WhatsApp number. The system claims my number "already exists" but won't let me proceed. Support? They reply after 3-4 days with templated responses that don't solve anything.
Week 2: Still can't use the service, can't get a refund, can't delete my account. My business WhatsApp has been in limbo for days.
Save yourself the headache and money. There are better alternatives that actually work.
