My background is in recruitment, working with companies and candidates across different markets, which is where I fell in love with the intersection of people and technology. I’m passionate about using AI and automation to remove the boring, manual parts of hiring so humans can focus on what they’re best at: real conversations, smart decisions, and long-term relationships.
