The D-ID platform appears to be a hoax. None of the features we paid for at Enterprise Level are working. Product support is non-existent as well. All they say is that they are working on the problem. It's been a week now and we are still unable to create video's without their watermark. We cannot use any other feature like the ones we paid for and want on our platform managing the advertise NUI with floating avatars or any other avatars for that matter.
Yani reached out. Thank you. Days later there is no change. We still are unable to utilize the platform. So called customer service provides a lot of talk and no actions.
