Our product isn't ready for a 'beta' launch but we want to get it out as an alpha (as it is enough to showcase what we want to build). Would like to see some thoughts on some dos and don'ts and any additional thoughts and feedback?
Did you do it super early, during your beta or when your product was generating revenue? Trying to find the line between too early and too late right now
Let me preface this by saying I love working I do, I guess I'm more asking what would you focus your passion on if money were not important? We are always told either to follow our passion or stick with what makes the money. Take money out of the equation, what would you do? I'd have a cabin somewhere in a forest overlooking a lake with no internet whatsoever and just live my life with some dogs.
Been looking for some alternatives or opinions on some midday activities to help clear your head or relax. I've tried gyming but i prefer doing it in the evening.
If your company goes permanently remote, which city in the world would you wish to work from and why? I think my city would be Gangtok - India, or somewhere in the Maldives!!!
I have worked remotely for much of my career. Not a ton has changed for me so I'd love to hear from others. What have become your favorite tools while working from home? Have they helped you to collaborate and feel connected to your colleagues remotely? And for those who were already remote has anything changed?
When you have a new idea do you buy the domain straight away or wait a while? I tend to get the domain first hence why I have about 10 unused domains right now
I've always gotten a mixed review around working on weekends. Some prefer it to be a no work zone so they can start the work day week fresh but others like to mix it up. What do you do?
Would love to see what people listen to (or don't). I've always listened to lo-fi music when working and it actually makes me somewhat productive but I'm curious to see what others do
This sounds silly but when I launched my first startup 5 years ago, we didn't put in a vesting schedule Wanted to see what others have done but also things we know to avoid in the future!
