Can a large Product Hunt community help you with a product launch?

This is something I ll find out in just a short while, one week from now (Jan 28), as I m about to re-launch a digital detox app. If you want, follow, maybe you will be on watch of my steps and activities

However, that s not the main point of this post.

The plan wasn’t the problem?

You make a plan.
It looks solid. Logical. Motivating.

Then a few days pass.
The plan is still there untouched.

What if goals came with daily actions?

Quick thought we kept coming back to while building this:
Most people don t need better plans.
They need less friction to start.

Papayyya turns a goal into something simple you can do today, not someday.
No overthinking. No long setup. Just action.

What usually stops you from continuing after the first few days?

2026 and your goals. Let's try to set them for Q1.

Since I haven't been able to meet my work goals very well in the last few quarters, I now plan to approach them more systematically and not push myself too hard on work goals, as that ultimately led to problems that made my plan less sustainable.

So here is my structure and list:

What will be the productivity hack of 2026?

For me, productivity means getting (more) results faster in less time. My goals for 2026 are closely linked to the fact that I want to learn a lot of things, which will require a lot of concentration.

Therefore, I think that a large part of what I want to gain will be ensured by:

How do you start your work week? (Time management / Productivity / Workflows)

Many strategists, founders, and makers tend to plan their lives months or even years ahead.

But how do you manage and plan your work week?

Time management tips are welcome. :)

Which apps or tools have drastically improved your startup/workflow?

Hey everyone,

I m curious to know: What are some of the apps, tools, or services you ve discovered that have truly transformed the way you work or build your startup/product, or basically helped you in day-to-day work productivity? It could be anything from project management, productivity hacks, automation, communication, or even wellness tools that help you stay focused.

How far ahead do you plan?

One of the ways we hit our goals is by making plans.

Even if things change, just mapping out the target and the timeline makes it easier to move toward it.

What are your secret productivity hacks?

Working and being productive aren t the same thing.

We often sit in front of the laptop for hours, but between context switching, notifications, and tiny distractions.... we barely get real work done.

What’s the best productivity tool that’s NOT Notion, Obsidian, or Roam?

Notion, Obsidian, and Roam are great, but they re not for everyone. Maybe you found something simpler, faster, or just less overwhelming. What s the one productivity tool you actually stick with the one that makes life easier instead of adding more work?

How do you measure your productivity?

I was wondering if people have a concrete way of tracking their productivity? Are you using a specific metric - like a number of working hours/task completed? or a tool to show you how productive you are? or is it just your own feeling of accomplishment? Productivity, for me, is very intangible and I would love to know how you know / monitor if you had a productive day or not. Let me know under

Managing your time ⏰

We're in the middle of the week and I come with a small question about your time management skills - do you feel you can keep up with your daily workload, or are you constantly short of time? Do you have any tips on how to effectively cope with your daily issues?

How do you plan your day?

I believe that it's important to remember that we only have 24 hours in a day, and essential to use this time wisely by planning and organizing our activities. What are you doing to plan your day? Do you use any tool or follow specific methodologies?

What are some tools that helped you to be productive and keep track of your work and goals?

I keep a To-Do List but I'm trying to explore any tool that keeps track of my goals, help in increasing productivity and give out reports.

What is not productivity?

Our time is invaluable. We do everything to make the most of it, we want better products because we don't want to waste our time. But productivity is a broad category. So, I'd like to ask you an even broader question: What do you think is NOT productivity?

What's your #1 productivity hack?

Mine, is this one "Picking the right thing to work on is the most important element of productivity and usually almost ignored." from Sam Altman. I take the time each day to prioritize my tasks, meetings, etc.
