I, Maksym, want to report fraudulent actions by the company Eden.AI. I paid a sum for their services, which is confirmed by bank receipts. However, access to the services (obtaining loans) was not provided, despite repeated appeals and providing all proof of payment, including video recording of the process of obtaining the details from the official Eden.AI website. The ignorance of my requests on their part is regarded by me as intentional fraud. I warn other consumers about the risk of cooperating with this company and demand a refund of my money. Based on my experience, I advise all potential clients: Avoid any financial transactions with Eden.AI. Do not provide them with your personal data or payment card details. Look for reviews in independent sources before buying or paying for anything. Save your nerves and money.
