I must admit, before coming to Fathom I was a little skeptical of automated note taking apps. Ever since COVID and video meetings, I have been an avid note taker during calls, and the notes I have taken over the last 5 years have become an invaluable resource. Towards the end of last year, I joined a meeting where someone was using Fathom. I didn't pay too much attention because I just figured it was going to be like the other apps I'd seen in this space, none of which I was too impressed with. However, when I got the summary, I was blown away by the quality of the transcription, and the summarised actions were fantastic. From that moment, I signed up and now it's invited to every video call meeting I have! I really can't recommend it too highly.
