Fathom has been a fantastic addition to the Tech plug ins I use. As a senior CSM I spend a lot of time on calls with customers and the requirement to focus on the conversation (as opposed to constantly jotting down notes is imperative). Fathom allows me to do this - I don'y need to worry about writing anything down as the note-taker will record everything discussed - and even categorise it all for me into a summary at the end of the call and create a to-do list. The note-taking functionality coupled with the ability to re-watch any of the call recording simply by clicking on a raised point is a real game-changer. Safe to say I'll be using Fathom for all of my calls!
