How much do you trust AI agents?

With the advent of clawdbots, it's as if we've all lost our inhibitions and "put our lives completely in their hands."

I'm all for delegating work, but not giving them too much personal/sensitive stuff to handle.

What do we need to prepare before launching on Product Hunt?

Our team is planning to launch a new version of our product on Product Hunt next week, after a period of optimization and improvements. As we get closer to launch day, I realize there s a lot to prepare, and I m curious about how other teams usually approach this process.

So far, here s what we ve been focusing on:

  • Most importantly, making sure the product works well and delivers real value

  • Continuous testing to ensure performance and stability

  • Designing clean and clear product screenshots

  • Preparing a summary of what s been updated, fixed, or optimized

  • Writing launch content (tagline, description, first comment, etc.)

  • Maintaining good health and a stable mindset for the launch

  • Expanding our network and connecting with other makers

The Best Marketing is Making Your Users Happy

I m convinced the best marketing is just focusing on your users.

Learning from them, and then optimizing the hell out of it, to keep them happy.

This weekend, I went through reviews for @Pretty Prompt, and a few of them made me smile :)

Eligible articles must be original, at least 1,000 words, and winners will be judged mainly on Verified Home Timeline impressions. Only U.S.-based X Premium subscribers can participate.

OpenAI announces testing ads within the results

As Techcrunch mentioned... OpenAI will start testing targeted ads in ChatGPT for free, and $8/month Go users in the U.S., while higher-tier subscriptions remain ad-free.

Ads will appear at the bottom of conversations, can be dismissed, and won t influence ChatGPT s answers or involve selling user data. The move aims to generate revenue while keeping free access, and may also encourage some users to upgrade to paid tiers.
